Cumbrian Coastal Kitchen
Handmade on the West Coast of Cumbria using locally (often homegrown) produce for that extra fruity taste. I use a traditional open pan method, without artificial additives or colourings. Everything is made in small batches to preserve the colour, taste and texture of the fruit. Our chutneys contain apples from Loweswater, our damsons are sourced from the Lyth & Winster valleys our sloes from the Buttermere Valley. The strawberries, raspberries and gooseberries are from the garden – you get the picture! The only exception to this are our citrus Marmalades – it’s really not that warm in Cumbria!
